David Ealson - Originally trained as an Engineer in the Royal New Zealand Air Force, David Ealson attended Canterbury University, completed a Commerce degree and was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II scholarship.
He has worked in various management roles in engineering, distribution and resource companies in New Zealand. David established, then sold his first consultancy before establishing Cornerstone - NZ in 2000.

Charles Russell - Charles commenced his career with Philips Electronics in Europe as an Industrial Engineer specialising in efficiency improvement. He progressed to working international projects with two US organisations where he specialised in ‘turning around’ distressed businesses.
He has 22 years’ Australian experience in technical recruitment and executive search. He has been a preferred supplier to some of NSW’s largest engineering and government organisations. Charles now develops productivity and profit improvement programmes for clients, as well as advising businesses on strategic planning. Since 1994 Charles has worked as a qualified management consultant assisting enterprise to become more competitive.
