than 25 year's experience in conducting searches across Australia, New Zealand,
US and UK.
In addition to executive search, Duff conducts Executive Development Programmes for senior executives to enhance their skills, while on-the-job, through a specific and personal plan of action.
Duff obtained his - BA at Centre College of Kentucky - Master's Degree at Yale University and - Doctorate at the University of South Africa (in group psychotherapy).
He is a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia and President of the Yale Club of Sydney. His written articles appear regularly in the press both here and abroad. He has given over 1000 paid public presentations and has appeared on numerous radio and television programmes.
Though born and raised in the USA, he is an Australian citizen.
Haidée Jacob runs the ExecSearch firm in Brazil.
Haidée founded Ideea executive search consulting in Sao Paulo in 1998 after working 10 years with HR Consulting for KPMG in Brazil.
She has personally conducted many searches for senior management positions in Latin America.
Most of the firm’s clients are American, European and Brazilian ‘brand name’ companies such as: IBM, Accenture, Computer Associates, EDS, Price WaterhouseCoopers, BPL Global, Progress Software, Microsoft, Allergan, InterSystems, PeopleSoft (Oracle), Lexmark, SAP, Convergsys, BEA Systems, TNT Logistics, British Telecom, Brasil Telecom, CPM Braxis, Rhodia, Rockwell, Global Crossing, Honda, Ingersoll.
Haidée Jacob has a BA in Education and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She speaks four languages (Portuguese, English, Italian and German).
Charles Russell - Charles commenced his career with Philips Electronics in Europe as an Industrial Engineer specialising in efficiency improvement. He progressed to working international projects with two US organisations where he specialised in ‘turning around’ distressed businesses.
He has 22 years’ Australian experience in technical recruitment and executive search. He has been a preferred supplier to some of NSW’s largest engineering and government organisations. Charles now develops productivity and profit improvement programmes for clients, as well as advising businesses on strategic planning. Since 1994 Charles has worked as a qualified management consultant assisting enterprise to become more competitive.
David Carter - Director, HR Consulting and Change Management
David has gained extensive expertise in human resources management and change management through specialist and executive roles with organisations including Ipac Securities, Unisys, Telstra, Shell, Towers Perrin, Esso, Exxon Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
